Breakfast Cafe
We offer a Breakfast Cafe for children in Reception to Year 6. Our opening hours are from 7.30am - 8.45am. Our cafe offers a choice of cereal, toast, yogurt and a drink. There is also a variety of activities for children to take part in eg: lego, ping pong, jigsaws, games. All staff that are employed by Kippax Ash Tree are staff members and follow all school policies and procedures.
Parents are required to bring their child directly in to the cafe doors (hall doors) to register their attendance. Children are then escorted to thier classrooms by staff members at 8.45am.
Payment of Fees
It is a requirement that parents pay thier fees in advance weekly using Parent Pay. Fees are payable during periods of absence, including sickness.
Each session costs £3.00 per pupil or £15.00 per week.
Places are limited; therefore it may be necessary to join a waiting list until a place becomes available.
After School Clubs
At Kippax Ash Tree we offer a variety of After School Clubs for our children eg: Gardening Club, Science Club, Team Games, Musical Theatre and Forest School. After School Clubs run from 3.15pm - 4.15pm and are free of charge. Parents apply for a place for their child via their child's class teacher. Parents will then be informed if their child has a place in the club. Clubs change each half term to ensure we offer a range of opportunities for children to develop their interests and talents.

Monday - Year 2 Team Games
Tuesday - Year 4 Team Games and KS2 Musical Theatre Club
Wednesday - Year 6 Team Games
Thursday - Dungeons and Dragons Club, Well-Being Club and British Sign Language Club
