We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our current Early Years Unit with the opening of an exciting new provision for 2-3 year olds.

Our 2-year-old provision is designed to provide a rich and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors, supporting children’s learning through play and exploration. Inside, children have access to a variety of age-appropriate resources that encourage curiosity, creativity, and early communication skills, such as sensory activities, imaginative play areas, and construction materials. Outdoors, our safe and engaging space offers opportunities for physical development, problem-solving, and social interaction through climbing, digging, and exploring nature. Both environments are carefully planned to allow children to make choices, follow their interests, and develop their independence, confidence, and curiosity, laying the foundations for lifelong learning.

This development has been made possible thanks to successful funding through the School-Based Nursery Grant. Our new provision offers both 15 or 30 hours of high-quality childcare term time only for eligible families, providing a nurturing, stimulating environment designed to support early learning and development. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting children and families in our community from the very start of their educational journey.
